Man, oh man! I don’t know the author or his son. I fully appreciate, accept, understand his message. To the best of my ability.

As usual, your writing is filled with openness and love. Those who are offended by reality are unfortunately restricted by dogma, rather than by objective thinking and human compassion. I grew up in that atmosphere so I understand it. Luckily, that atmosphere of fear, paranoia and revulsion was gradually dispelled by the humans I met along the way to maturing. Thank you always for your insights and responses to dogmatic worldviews.

The reaction from some quarters when Easter fell this year on 3-31 which is also Transgender Visibility Day, certainly validated the need for a TransVisibility Day. Thank you for sharing your story.

Some of us live in a totally different world yet we walk beside one another every day. "Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy."

Given the violent rhetoric which was spewed by the psychopath Ex-Prez Sunday…on “the most sacred Christian day of the year”…and the absence of outcry from his pseudo-Christian supporters…your unconditional love and support of your son Zo aligns with Jesus’s primary message for our daily lives…Love one another.

Will! You are a very kind and wise human being.

To embrace others in all their variety is, to my mind, the greatest love of all.

It is mind boggling how some have misconstrued the Constitution and Christianity. The Constitution does not assign allegiance to any religion. On the contrary, it gives us the right to worship or not how we wish. The compassion forgiveness and tolerance aspired through the teachings of Jesus Christ seem to be missing.

And just for the record, since 2007, March 31 has been celebrated as Transgender Visibility Day. The fact that it coincides with Easter is of no significance. Those who choose to make it something that it isn’t are not students of the Constitution or followers of the word of Christ.

Maybe it was all part of god’s great plan that Transgender Visibility Day align with Easter every so often?

Or, in fact, because it does it MUST be part of God’s plan.

What an uproar when Easter comes on "4/20"!! I imagine many wont be aware of the "significance" but it will be publicized. The combination of Easter & Trans Visibility Day will fade out of their memories. Ah the horror!!!!
