Merry Christmas, Ken T. and Paul S.!! There is something binding between a misfit toy caretaker and an editor. Thanks for giving the world more light and finding the broken parts to repair. Love all around.
The phrase “It takes a village…” takes on new meaning with your timely chronology of Paul Smith’s labor of love in creating a Hometown, USA Christmas Village…with rebuilt remnants from other local Christmas villages.
Thank you for honoring Mr. Smith’s ongoing legacy…and the legacy of countless GF area residents who have kept his dreams alive… with their working hands and hope-filled hearts…to give us this wonderful Christmas Morning Story 🧑🎄🎄
It’s a person like Paul Smith that keeps the Christmas spirit alive all year round. Thank you Paul. If I may be allowed one suggestion that might make the light show complete.....please consider adding a metal flag pole on the front lawn so that folks who stop by to see the Christmas lights can also see....and try out....whether or not it’s true that if you stick your tongue out and touch it to a frozen metal flag pole, your tongue will freeze to the metal pole. Also...have the rescue squad and the fire department on “stand by “. Merry Christmas everyone!
MERRY CHRISTMAS, KEN AND ALL! Thank you so much for giving us the back story of a man with a mission and a generous community willing to help. Paul's voice can be heard in so many ways now, but mostly as JOY and GOOD WILL TO ALL!
I hope I get to see it before it’s too late. Another glorious one to see is on Oakwood Drive behind the Old Sweet Basil in Queensbury. It is a sight to behold!
Best Christmas Story this year! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!! 😊🌲🧑🎄🎁🎄

MERRY CHRISTMAS Ken....keep up the great commentary!!!
Happy Holidays to you and your family sir!
Merry Christmas 🎄 and may the true meaning of Christmas surround you and your family.
as an atheist, the christian aspects of christmas mean little to me
But I love the lights and often wish people would continue them through winter.. maybe longer
On the radio I would occasional play christmas songs on the hottest night in August.
no one complained (of course no one was listening)
If the music, the lights, decorations let us be a little kinder to each other, I’m all for it.
I hope I get to see it before it’s too late. Another glorious one to see is on Oakwood Drive behind the Old Sweet Basil in Queensbury. It is a sight to behold!
