What we you do to make the ADK’s strs pay taxes?

Not sure what your question is but the state does pay taxes in the Adirondacks on property it owns.. something that is very unusual. Now you could say, do they pay a fair amount

I think STR means short term rentals.

Fyi

"This first-of-its-kind statewide law is a commonsense approach that supports both fairness and transparency while leveling the playing field for the state’s lodging industry. Short-term rentals, a $1 billion-per-year industry, have operated without oversight for nearly a decade. With this new registration system, we’re not only ensuring communities benefit from fair sales and occupancy tax collection but also giving communities a powerful tool to understand and manage the housing and tourism landscape in their area. This legislation supports the lodging industry and recognizes the valuable role short-term rentals play in our tourism economy, allowing all to thrive side by side."

Did President Biden win the election in 2020? Would he be willing to call President Biden president? Would he engage in anti-democratic activities to try to overturn a legitimate election and then hide from the mob he had some responsibility in creating? Would he work on behalf of northern NYers or his own political career?

I am not sure that is relevant anymore. I don't disagree with you or your question = and anyone who can't answer that question OR, more likely, avoids answering it is saying two things:

º "I don't believe in reality"

º "I don't answer to you, I only answer to hmpy trmPEDO"

The real question your question hints at is: "are you going to hold a lying, 34 count felon, rapist, and more (so very much more) ACCOUNTABLE?

And also, legalizing weed on a Federal level . That is a growing industry in North Country, with potential for very good jobs . We have a legal grower/distributer in Warren County and a couple of legal medical/recreational dispensaries further South that I am aware of. There will be more, and one hindrance to the growth of this industry is that it is illegal on the federal level. That's why the dispensaries are all cash businesses, they can't run afoul of federal banking regs or engage in interstate commerce.

Yes.

and yet what is one of the top 10 gQped lies: "too much regulations."

If the past has anything to do with it... This is something that politicians (and this includes dems) are doing, to make sure they (more than) their share of the pie (or should I say pipe).

HOW the f.. did anyone like pos_tfnKKK (supposedly for the people) vote against the Child Tax Credit, at the same time vote to give congress a raise.

I am far from a one issue voter. But that was and is a clear sign of just how evil pos_tfnKKK is

Will you give interviews, town halls and lots of them: under oath and connected to a polygraph?

There are so many questions and they all relate to pos_tfnKKK. Because no question has any merit if he is given the freedom to lie. Which he has shown the same signs pos_tfnKKK

Though he is a bit older and with a longer career, he is on the exact same trajectory.

It seems that pos_tfnKKK has set the standard of what a bad politician is... one that you might be able to believe them ONLY they are on a polygraph and under oath (you could say this is true about most politicians

Dan Stec has already confessed (through obfscation) he will be just as bad, just as evil as pos_tfnKKK

ª until two years ago, was (or seemed) to be his own man

ª he talks in his current interviews that he is his own man

ª that he is 'running for the people'

ª he can not or does not care to hold hmpy trmPEDO accountable

ª like pos_tfnKKK in 2016 it seemed like most republicans seemed to want honesty and integrity in our president

ª willing to do interviews with the ny21 and nys media

None of those are true about pos_tfnKKK now and it is clear that is the path Stec wants to travel on.

Two years ago, he saddled up with pos_tfnKKK and her lies, her hiding from the media, and worse - supporting the criminal behavior of the president-elect.

As far as I am concerned he answered (wrongly) the main question in this interview:

https://www.wamc.org/news/2024-12-27/new-york-state-senator-dan-stec-announces-run-for-elise-stefaniks-congressional-seat

When asked about maga, he gave a non-answer

When pressed each of his answers started with: "Well" A tell that he wasn't going to give an honest answer and he was not going to answer the question.

Read the interview under the lens of: did he answer the question directly; did it feel like he was telling the truth; or did he give an answer that he could use to wiggle out of in six months? I would say the answers are: NO, NO, YES.

Also, a short interview where he shows the same early signs of pos_tfnKKK

Quickly followed up with, will you post a $1 million dollar bond, that will be paid to the people of ny21 if you are lying?

This is because, as we have learned with pos_tfnKKKK: no answer has value, if it is a lie… AND lies mean nothing to republicans unless there is a consequence. pos_tfnKKK lies without consequence. stec already shows he is lying, likely because he sees no consequence to lying.

This interview

https://www.wamc.org/news/2024-12-27/new-york-state-senator-dan-stec-announces-run-for-elise-stefaniks-congressional-seat (by WAMC) should be must read for ny21 and especially the media.

The media should follow up on his non-answers.

And we need to find stec.. all politicians accountable for their dishonesty.

And sadly... maybe a million dollar bond isn't enough. pos_tfnKKK gets that much from her Israel lobbyists

An observation: I listened to an interview with Dan Stec on WAMC, and heard him proudly crow how his engineering degree enabled his military service aboard a nuclear powered ship.

The more he talked about this, the greater was my realization that this yutz is nothing but Homer Simpson, albeit with better hair.

He is a chemical engineer turned nuclear engineer, which is why it boggles my mind when he denies the cause of climate change as anthropogenic. He would have failed all of his engineering and nuclear exams if he didn't understand Carbon, chemical equations, atmospheric science, and how nuclear engineer is emissions-free! He is strictly adhering to the tribalism of his party, instead of the science behind climate change and not addressing the solution!!!! UGH. Frustrating!!!
